Privacy Policy for Atla: Night Waltz, Effective date: 2 May 2026
Atla: Night Waltz is made by Maxim Kuphal, based in Germany. This policy explains what data the app collects. The short version: none.
What we collect
Nothing. The app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, usage data, or device information. There is no account, no login, no analytics, no tracking, no advertising identifiers, and no third-party SDKs that collect data on our behalf.
What we don't do
We do not collect your name, email, or any contact information.
We do not collect information about your child or their use of the app.
We do not use cookies, trackers, fingerprinting, or any analytics service.
We do not show advertisements.
We do not share, sell, or disclose any data to third parties, because we do not have any data to share.
Internet connection
The app does not require an internet connection to function. It does not communicate with any server during use.
Purchases
In-app purchases of additional scenes are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We receive no personal information from these transactions — only an anonymous confirmation that a purchase was made. Apple's privacy practices are governed by their own policy at apple.com/legal/privacy.
Children's privacy
Atla: Night Waltz is designed for children under 5. Because we collect no data of any kind, the app complies with the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR and GDPR-K), the United States' Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and Apple's requirements for apps in the Kids category by default.
Changes
If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future feature requires data collection — this page will be updated and the effective date above revised. Any future change will be opt-in. Data collection will not begin retroactively for existing scenes or existing users.
